Produced in English and French, Manitoba Public Insurance produced an interactive DVD aimed at Driver Education students in Manitoba to explain Manitoba’s Graduated Driver Licensing Program. The DVD was divided into seven sections:

The Learner Stage
Booking the Road Test
The Road Test
The Intermediate Stage
The Full Stage

The viewer has the option of viewing a single chapter or the entire series.
